Welcome to IT Gateway (“we”, “us”, or “our”) — the service operated on the domain bistab.com.np. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our application and related services (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1Description of Service

IT Gateway is a platform focused on helping people begin and grow careers in technology. It provides guidance, resources, and tools — including optional features that integrate with third-party platforms (via Login Kit and the Content Posting API) so you can sign in and share your own videos.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3Connected Platform Integration

The Service may allow you to:

• Sign in using Login Kit;
• Upload or publish videos to your own account via the Content Posting API.

We request only the minimum permissions necessary — user.info.basic, video.publish, and video.upload — and we act only when you explicitly choose to. We never post, modify, or delete content on your account without your direct action and consent.

When you use these features you also agree to comply with the connected platform’s Terms of Service, Developer Terms, and Community Guidelines. Your use of the Service must not violate any of the platform’s policies.

4Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create or upload. By using the Service to post content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and transmit that content solely to perform the action you requested.

You are solely responsible for the content you share and confirm you hold all necessary rights to it. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others or the rules of any connected platform.

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• Post spam, misleading, or automated bulk content that violates platform policies;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Upload malware or any harmful code.

6Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials of the Service (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that third-party platforms will remain available.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Gateway and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or the policies of a connected platform. You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke our access from your account settings.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
